18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the
Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as
by the Spirit of the Lord.
Transformed– metamorphoo (pronounced met-am-or-fo’-o), from which we get our English word metamorphosis– meaning… a complete change in appearance, character, or circumstance.
Metamorphoois only found four times in the New Testament. Two of those times it is translated into the word: transfigured.
