James 1:6-8-AMP
6 Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no
doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing
surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind.
7 For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he
asks for] from the Lord,
8 [For being as he is] a man of two minds (hesitating, dubious: unsure,
vacillating; irresolute: wishy-washy), [he is] unstable and unreliable and
uncertain about everything [he thinks, feels, decides].
1. IF YOU DON’T DEFINE IT, YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE IT.
Define: make clear the outline; state or describe the meaning of; mark out
the boundary or limits of.
Jeremiah-5:22-NLT
22 …I, the LORD, define the ocean’s sandy shoreline as an everlasting
boundary that the waters cannot cross. The waves may toss and roar, but
they can never pass the boundaries I set.
